The Suzuki School of Newton is proud to offer many different Suzuki teacher training classes which attract new and experienced Suzuki teachers from around the region. Nancy Hair, Suzuki Cello Teacher Trainer, and Sachiko Isihara, Suzuki Piano Teacher Trainer, deliver this valuable training. Piano Teacher Training is available through a partnership with M. Steinert and Sons in Boston.

Every Child Can! is a one-day introductory course on the Suzuki philosophy and its application to education. For parents, teachers, prospective teachers and others, this course provides an inspiring, in-depth look at the Suzuki approach to teaching and learning. For teachers, ECC serves as the first course in the Suzuki Association of the Americas' Teacher Development Program. To learn more, read about the ECC course and its guidelines.
Participants should bring energy and enthusiasm plus some food or a meal for our mid-afternoon break together. This is not instrument specific, and participants do not need to bring their instruments.
