Breathe

image001.jpg

We are living in world where we must wear a mask, rendering breathing literally more difficult. But we are also living in a troubled world where we must all endure our difficult environment. In this upcoming long weekend, let us all take a moment to breathe. Yes, it is life sustaining to breathe. Similar to the campfire we might build, we cannot pile more and more logs on the fire without leaving space for the oxygen to get through. We should not pile on too many activities on our children, or they cannot breathe. We adults have many who depend upon us, so it is very important that we maintain our own health, energy and morale. We need our own space, personal time, and moment to recharge.

This Monday I am holding a Parent Virtual Coffee at 8 am so that you might share stories, or ask questions. How are you doing with practicing at home, schooling, living life in general? Take a moment this weekend, enjoy the beautiful weather, time with family, listen to beautiful music--and most of all, breathe.
